Forget what the haughty Alessia Ottus said about this district of the Imperial City. It can be quite a scenic place, if one is willing to search for beauty in unlikely places. Such is the mindset of its adventuring Khajiit resident, Dras'varo, who can easily find himself at peace staring over the water's edge and into the heartland beyond.
So I'm trying something a little different here. I'm going to attempt to turn my TES4: Oblivion character into a proper OC here, with the numerous screenshots taken in-game telling more of his story and showing him off further and further.
