He's the youngest brother of his oldest and middle brothers and sisters which makes him the runt of the family...or so he thinks. Thanks to his uncles Charlie and Marco (whose actually the living embodiment of Milo's Neutrality), he has grown to be something different. A canine with such ill-manners and acts rebellious against his father and the Three Bs traditions...three Bs are the Barkins, Bowsers, and the Bellemeres.
