Urff, migraines.

I used to think I got them based on changes in air pressure as different weather fronts approached. I now seem to get them the day after I've been out driving and the pain lasts for around a day, sleep doesn't get rid of it though sleeping at the end of the day to the next usually means I wake up normal again.

I wonder if it's related to eye strain, I do need glasses for driving but my eyes are still degrading and I need a new pair I think. If you haven't checked your own eyes, perhaps do so to make sure you're not straining them either whilst looking at screens or looking afar or maybe even both.
