This kid is too cute the way he looks, despite appearing rather bossy and a bit selfish.
I'm pretty sure I've seen an awful lot of action stuff in your gallery starring your fursona. How about something more fierce for the next version of the ref? Would certainly get rid of the "Oh no you di'n't" problem, heheheh.

I'm planning on making some more expression shots so hopefully that'll change things up again, but I ain't gonna touch these two poses that much anymore x_x I'll definitely put some actions up too, I do have plenty of ideas for him, but it'll just take some time to have it sorted out and composed x:
