Not necessarily. I was modeling them after Peregrine Falcon wings. I don't necessarily think that her wing color denotes any kind of alliance. :)

wings are hard to draw well i have a hard time drawing the bird style wings but the dragon variety are easier for me.

Both come easily to me for the most part. My main worry here was the proportions; they're coming from her shoulder blades, which is always awkward to do. =/

very true of coarse u got to take into account what u want the wings for just for show wings dont have to be that big while gliding wings are a bit bigger but the true flight wings can be of almost any size just depends weather u want them to be clumsy fliers or nimble or such
