I finally got around to designing an outfit for the Mistress of the Spires. I gotta say, its kinda challenging trying to create something that looks good for the legs because the twin coattails are hard to make something look good with. I wanted something sort of unique for the top, while still exposing the glowing markings of her body, so I eventually ended up with a Tubetop/Mini-Vest hybrid.
