Chimera - his true name currently unknown - is the lead member of a powerful HWDP Night Warden group simply referred to as the Strike Team. He is part of the Guardians of Twilight guild.

He is an artificial hybrid, his genetics being spliced together by a secretive organization known as the HWDP (or Hybrid Weapons Development Program). However unlike others who have been changed by the organization's hands, Chimera was originally a Human. He was infused with the highly invasive and adaptive genetics of Deoxys, the resulting transformation making him more Pokemon than Human.

Chimera possesses pretty much all of the traits that a Deoxys would. The power of channeling and wielding energy as weapons, the power of flight, rapid regeneration, and other more minor traits. His diet has also been changed, instead he absorbs energy and radiation to convert into power that sustains him - the most prominent being solar energy.

Chimera is a rather closed off individual, rarely associating himself with others outside of his own team - and certain individuals he feels obligated to help. Although seeming cold to an outsider's perspective, he's proven to be quite a friendly and helpful individual to those he's considered to be friends with. Even though his appearance of an unusual Deoxys is not quite a secret, he prefers to keep himself mostly covered - the act of hiding his face putting him at ease. He also has an immense hatred for the HWDP - the organization he once worked for, thus why he leads the Strike Team - the team completely dedicated to finding HWDP facilities and destroying them.

Note: He feels immense guilt whenever he meets a Pokemon who have suffered at the hands of the HWDP - specifically Hybrids. Such individuals are often the few who are capable of truly interacting with him.
