When Dawn got a job at the Shallow City Public Library, she looked for an affordable apartment in town -- but when she checked out Seaview Towers, home of the Kahunas, she found much more. Not only were the residents friendly and likable, but she found their lifestyle of surfing, partying and protecting Swirly Cove from Big Meany very appealing. Dawn was quickly accepted into the group, and when she's not on the job she's having a great time joining in the Kahunas' misadventures. Her mad research skills are often useful in stopping Meany's schemes.
