Having not been born a natural centaur, Lyn wasn't used to the particularly intense estrus cycles coming from her lower horse-half. The cocktail of hormones flooding from her active equine ovaries and no life experience to deal with the situation led to quite the different outcome than expected. Seems like her friend's magic was a little too effective! Though now she seems to be taking it in stride...
Many seasons after that fateful night, Lyn is now a regular at the local market. Stopping by a few stalls to purchase fresh produce and chat with the local merchants. A gentle tug at her tail told Lyn that her daughter was still shyly clinging to her, a bit overwhelmed at the strange sights and sounds of so many people in one place, all conversing and trading. A soft kick from within her swollen belly brought a smile to Lyn's face. It was clear to anyone that took a look at the elf-centaur that another foal was well on the way.
Seems racing wasn't to remain her role for long, becoming pregnant so early into her plan. But where one stall door closes, another opens, as the elf-centaur lass was approached by many owners and other racing stallions vying for her attention. As it turns out, a centaur with elven lineage is rather unheard of, and many breeders were chomping at the bit to put a bid in to have her carry their prized champion's foal. Lyn got to meet many charming stallions, and was paid quite handsomely for her services. Though she didn't often stay in touch with the fathers, Lyn truly did love all her children and worked hard to make sure she stayed healthy and gave them the upbringing and care they all deserved. Many of her progeny would go on to become champions themselves, and every single one stayed in contact with their mother. Turns out life as a centaur was something Lyn was more than okay with.
