Had to use a new trick I picked up by turning my eraser into a smudge tool so I could add a smoother look and tone her outfit.
If its how she likes it, I'll get around to doing a full portrait.
Also if anyones wondering, the eyes are there, its just difficult to draw eyes to fit a small sized pic. Especially if you have to shade it.

The outfit is largely correct though the shorts for me would be a tad shorter yet and the ring would start JUST under the band of their leg. Rings are ovular in design not geometric diamond shaped so for a full size sketch you would want to round things out a fair bit. Lol. Its nice to see when people do stuff like that. one of these days I hope to get a copy of shadows outfit and few other things like a necklace with a black star on it.
As for the picture, he did a really good job with the lighting effects. I also can't deny that a similar thought or two crossed my mind on occasion.

LOL! More than you can ever know but "desire" and "reality" are two very different things. My brain has been ground into the dirt on the left side and the right side only functions on occasion. My artistic talent is about a 0.05 on a 1-10 scale. I can sometimes draw geometric objects but drawing organic shapes is impossible no matter how well I can envision them in my mind.
Everyone starts somewhere. Besides, I think you can, but it takes time and the want to draw. If you can draw something then you can draw anything you want, and stop to look at others work to pick up a few tricks like shading techniques or info on drawing certain things easier.
It is like asking a Blind man to See.
There is a talent with art if you do not have it you will always suck at it. You can work and strive and eventually suck less but you still will not produce what your mind's eye can see. I was doing awesome to edit my avatar and animate my mate's as I did.

In all fairness, it depends on your view of a blind man. Even though ones eyes may not see the world around him/her, but I beieve if ones mind is open enough. Their own world comes clear as day.
If the day comes that my sight leaves me, I understand that most of my life would be as good as gone as well, but I'd have a blessing from it. I'd be able to see the characters that I had the pleasure of creating, and I think that would be a fair trade. In my oppinion at least.

...Just as a note 
Espera is mostly blind and trust me...It SUCKS. Also, in a poll that was done to determine if people thought there was a worse fate than death the majority listed "Being Blind" as that fate. Which is to say most people would rather DIE than go blind.
With that in mind I certainly hope none of us suffer that fate.
