Lapreum is a patron to thieves, bandits, and all manners of outlaws that rebel against systems of power. Known as the Thief of the gods, harpers sing that Lapreum was but a humble spirit that stole godhood from another long and ago. Whether that's true or not, most of the gods find him to be a benign annoyance more than anything, even somewhat adorable as he steals the luck and fortunes of others to pass on elsewhere XP
Meanwhile his champions are often Master Thieves, Bandit Kings or revolutionaries who fight for independence and freedoms for the common man, making them a bane of the Nine Kingdoms and beyond!
Given he's more of a jackal or coyote, his title comes from the Brotherhood of the Wolf, a guild of bandit gangs/tribes who revere him for profits and luck.
