And here is the head all finished up! xD
Just took a few hours and cut/sewed the neck onto the head. It's probley the heardest part to sew on.
Anyways, use this if you want a good neck pattern:

I found measure around your neck, and add about 4 or 5 more inches. Then you can fit your head through nicly, yet still have that slightly 'fitted' look.
