FC '20 #9 (DC): Outrageous, his name is Outrage (Need FA.)
Managed to get this fursuiter on the first day while the music for EDM was playing. He may be on his way away, but if you want to find his name, he has no badge-his JACKET has his name on the back and even on the left breast area. He does not seem to be too happy, but he is! On the conbadge, he will accept hugs without any condition! Do note too he's from the Orient- if you see his name, there's Chinese characters written under his English name. Do look for his tongue too...
