Bio: Tiara is a lovely blue Latias, a rare and bizarre colour for any Latias. She has long, luscious hair which curls off to the sides, orange markings and eyes to contrast her blue body, and white triangular markings on her breasts, wing tips, paws and crotch. Her head however is adorned by a white diamond marking.

Tiara is a very confident girl, taking life seriously during school and her studies, aiming for a high end job- unlike her older sister Laurel, whom aimlessly wandered through life. Tiara can come off as strict and mean at times, liking to follow rules and schedules. This doesn’t mean she can’t laugh and have fun when the time is right.

She’s usually willing to lend a hand to those who need it, but she definitely tries to avoid delinquents and generally annoying/ bad people. You might see her attempt to stop bullying in the streets- despite her size she’s pretty brave and believes in her legendary abilities.

Tiara is also easily annoyed- namely by her sister, idiotic acts, pervs, and loud noises. So try not to get on her bad side. She won’t fight you per say but you’ll get an earful from her.

She doesn’t have many friends, but her best friend is a Cinderace named Ellie. Ellie herself got Tiara into jogging and keeping fit in the city. The two are quite close and hang out when they can, since Ellie’s delivery schedule is usually super busy.
Where Tiara lacks in friends, she makes up for in hobbies. She enjoys many activities such as theatre, reading, cooking, yoga and much more. She’s a busy girl with a lot on her mind.

Her relationship with her sister is a mess- a love hate relationship. They’re complete opposites of each other so they clash a lot- but since they’re sisters they still do care for each other deep down.

Story/ Stratus City: Tiara grew up with her sister Laurel in a small town by the sea. While her older sister was quite rowdy and just not very bright, Tiara excelled in her schoolwork and studies. The blue Latias was teased constantly about her colour and smartness, but it never really fazed her.

She’d get to go to an all girls school for the well gifted, studying hard there and finally feeling like she fit in. This pushed her to keep aiming high, hoping to one day move to the city and have a top tier job in an office.

It wouldn’t be until she was 20 where Tiara got to leave her home and parents to move to the city, having being offered a job for Stratus City’s energy capital for the city. Laurel had already moved there a couple of years prior, so Tiara ends up moving into her sister’s apartment. Now the two sisters live and work in the same city.

Tiara’s job involves her working in one of the tallest buildings in the city. The city runs on wind energy, having many wind farms surround the city, and some buildings within the city harness the wind too. The city is known for its bright blue skies and almost cloudless days and nights. Solar energy is another big deal there.

Tiara is a general admin for the company, mostly sorting meetings for the boss and fellow companies, as well as doing some computer work. Her work rival is a shiny Mewtwo named Namiyo- who is aiming to be the bosses personal assistant.

The boss himself is a Darmanitan- a loveable oaf who likes a good laugh.

After sososo many years, Tiara's ref is here!
I wont say much aside from the fact she maaay need some bio changes later. I dunno how office jobs work I'm a dumb fuck.
