DESCRIPTION:
A member of the "Saints Clan" Guild. One of Valerie's squad mates and an old high school of hers. Somewhat shy and laid back yet always trying her best to be more open and out going with mixed results. Penny specializes in Light Spells and attacks. And prefers to keep a distance from her opponents, providing cover fire for Valerie alongside "Ric Tundra". She can also create remote barriers at a distance via her Beam Rifle "Winged Savior". Her Caster armor is a customized "Prism" Armor. Outfitted with two Hi speed thrusters on the back for quick escapes, help maintain a distance, as well as hover longer when needed. And has a unique barrier system that allows her to absorb and reflect most spells and beam/mana attacks.
Personality: At her best she's attentive and caring. At her worse she's indecisive and distant, often with unfamiliar tasks or with new people she has not yet met. Usually she's laid back and easy going.
