This is Engineer Porters universal cutting and welding tool. She is almost never without the thing. It's heavy, loud and fearsome in its lack of predjudace at what it cuts or tears through. Nah, everyone asks that. I considered making it spin but the weight and ruggedness were more important. Less moving parts, more tough. Its a foam blade between 2 CD's actually. :)
I may rebuild it again in the future and make the blade spin, but not sure if I could re-purpose this one, this things go together in a rather permanent way. :)
