I think is interesting here. Robin, Pearl and from what we saw their sister Paige they fall in the classic ppg personality , while the Clawson gang is more of ed, edd and eddy trio. And both are essentially physical manifestation of the concept of id, ego and superego. Albeit with a different declination.
Pearl is a perfect bubbles, but as Bubbles she likely has different layers to her personality.
To put in simpler term, Robin see an half empty glass of water, for Pearl is half full, yay more water. Paige see a glass with some water in it and she is thirsty
