Dolls Kill! They have a lot of rad boots like these in other styles, too. I have never worn platforms before these but found them very easy other than "wow I'm suddenly taller and everything is in a different place compared to me" :U

Oh I'm absolutely doing it at AC (as far as the weather allows for the jacket, indoors with a/c is usually tolerable for a while). The leggings themselves are very thin; I wear a thermal pair under them for cooler temps. There are a lot of good patterns out there like them!
Even my luck varies wildly since sizing across brands is so inconsistent. I feel like my build works well for what it is but I am very uhhhh stout? Densely built. My legs are not little twigs. Some brands stretch a ton in the legs and I find the main barrier is whether I can tolerate the tightness of the less-stretchy waistband. These are a Redbubble print and they're a lot more flexible than I expected from the size chart but ymmv. Good luck!!
