It's absolutely amazing. The color is wonderful, and the highlights you've done are really wonderful.
If you're asking for suggestions for improvement, your arms are just a little short. As a rule of thumb, elbows tend to hit the waist and wrists tend to line up around the pelvis.
Other than that it's a fantastic work. I really love your tribal markings in the back, the cameo on the pants, and I really can't get over how you've colored this.
