Drew this a long while back as a background filler character for a potential comic strip starring a cross-dressing lemur who worked at the Apple Store.
The idea was that for panels involving the exterior of the lemur's workplace, there'd be various critters doin' their thing, and their actions would help you determine the season during which this strip took place. :)

She's a penguin who is patiently waiting for her bus in the chill winter air. It may be a while before the bus shows up, but she's staring resolutely down the street, planning to be the first one who boards it. The bus will kneel for her.

She probably lives in Tigard.
