I thank everyone for their contribution and that is why I feel obliged to give you the answer.
Although the most voted was Faye Valentine and I love the character, in the scene Barbara will still have her long hair, so I preferred to keep the second placed tied which were Bayonetta and Naga de Slayers. I will still decide which one it will be, although I admit to being more inclined towards Bayonetta.
For Kimberlly, the option seemed very clear to me, not least because our dear Carmelita Fox was voted on.
But out of respect for our beloved Faye, expect a pin up from Barbara in honor of you.

Actually, I think..Bayonetta would work BUT, I have a thought about how her hair could work with it and keep our serpentes boyfriend with her.
SINCE it's suppose to be part of her clothing and "animated" Why not have Jilo hidden in her pony tail, so when he moves, her hair moves. And could even have his face exposed around her neck like a brooch, since Bayonetta always "accessorized" and had several fashion pieces.
Not to mention if he practiced enough. Pretty sure he'd master the ponytail whip if anyone got handsy or mouthy
And Kim as Karmalita would work very well. Blue wig, some make up for the "mole" and her uniform, with the gun. Might even work for self defense. The "glow" could be a hidden stun gun or even a taser and no one would claim those handcuffs were fake!
