Exile of Road Rovers has been given an underwater mission to do in Siberia, so he's in a drysuit and full scuba gear, colored to give him some camaflauge in the icy waters.

Didn't have problems coloring this time, though I redid it once. The BCD, facemask, and his white fur are the color of the background since you'd probably see them as that color underwater. No shading here, since I can't seem to get the motivation to do it again. And again, this is nothing compared to my Sempai's ( Yutari) version.
