Coffee with friends is delightful. (-^w^-)

Okay, I'm going to be the guy and wonder, who's planet was the one with coffee, and has the flavor changed since they moved it to the ship? I mean, the various beans we use here on Earth can be different even within 100 miles of each other, so I would assume so, but it's also possible they recreated the conditions of the coffee from the original world, and if so, who got to pick which flavor to aim for. Was there like a vote? Or was there some great coffee gladiatorial games to decide who's drink would be the caffeine of future generations?
