Gustav is a composer, violinist and currently chief conductor of the Neusteiner Philharmonie.
He musical taste lays between the late romantic transition to the modernism, but he appreciate all epochs of classical music.
His personality is kind always to try to be polite and gently but of course he has a other side which you can see especially in the rehearsals, he could be an asshole because he's a perfectionist and want always the best interpretations of the works which he conducted.“ The score is the law! It's our duty to appreciate the composer and his intentions!“ (I've heard that some musician are crying in the rehearsals but it's normal)He tried an authentic interpretation of the works which the composers intended to hear like. (What he actually does, thus the people celebratet him). He's conducting style is very passionate compare with Gergiev.
He is highly regarded in the Neusteinean community to mind you in the state Neustein are living mostly humans (81%).
He likes good beer, whiskey, gin and of course for an artist absinthe. He prefer to go in a pub, not a party bird though. You can talk to him anything and he has mostly an opinion.
Fun fact: Concertmaster and 1st Cello must watch out not to hit by his wings when he's deep into the music he doesn't care of it. An disadvantage for bird conductors.
