Like this very much. The little accent details like the ruffles on the corset-top and the extra "belts" on the skirt are quite nice, and the subtle background texture adds a lot too.
I like the swirl in the background, the lens flare effects make it pop nicely, without distracting from the foreground overly much.
And of course...I love the boots.
