Do that for a couple of weeks and you'll be in shape :D

You're running too, right? You'll get faster results by cutting back the crunches a bit and running a good distance afterwards. Just run in one direction until you get tired, take note of where you are, run back home, then go a little farther the next day. It's how I lost my flab
