Hey noodle what did you do today?

Well I woke up around 9ish when a recruiter with some higher education firm called me, and though he tried being sneaky with his language, I told him flat-out I was not interested. I relaxed in bed until about 10:20ish when mum called and told me to wake up. I roused myself awake and got all bundled up, then around 10:30 mum and I headed out. Dad was still in bed tho, and it turns out that he caught some sort of cold. :c

First I drove us to the dump, then after dropping off the bags I drove us to Walmart. We went inside and I helped mum with the photo center, then we sorta meandered around the store for a long while. Mum searched for smol things to add to the saran-wrap ball, and meanwhile I headed to the bathroom and checked the photo counter early and spent time relaxing on a bench while reading my phone, but finally around 12:20ish our photos and cards were fully printed and we were able to check out and leave the store.

After that we went to Wendy's, and it was funny because while at Walmart we saw Ian's mum-in-law (Mum used to work with her), then while at Wendy's she was there as well! I tried getting a 4 for $4, but it was a combo meal and I only wanted burgs, so I just got 4 burgs with a medium conke. When they arrived they were a bit bigger than I thought, and also they'd put bacon on them, which is meh because I dun care much for bacon cheeseburgs! Nevertheless, I ate 2 of them and saved the others for later.

After that mum and I went to Dollar Tree to search for smol objects, but she only found like 4 things there, so then we went to the liquor store for her wine. From there we headed to a specialty gift store near Benton Park (It was once owned by one of my teachers' husbands who had a veterinary service there, but iirc he killed himself). I waited in the car while mum shopped for the grandmas, then we stopped at the gas station between the split highway beside Benton Park so mum could go bathroom, then we went to another liquor store that had a much bigger selection of smol booze bottles (for the saran wrap ball). The second liquor store had a woman who was pretty dour and miserable sounding, but we got our goods then headed to the bank so mum could get some cash for the saran wrap ball, then we headed home...All before 3!

When we got there I headed downstairs and started a fire because it got cold outside, then I spent some time editing my story. I got to around page 52 (over halfway!), then went to my room and sorta goobed off. I wound up falling asleep, only to wake up when mum came downstairs to ask if I could get some fruit from Central Elementary School tomorrow. I agreed, then roused myself awake and did some draws. I forgot I'd agreed to it until I went upstairs to warm up the other 2 burgers I had (also some Dorites), when mum asked if I'd be awake for it. Yep!

I went back downstairs and did some doodles while watching a guy named Schmity Games stream a Zelda 2 randomized race...Turns out it was a 5-gem category, but he wasn't paying attention to that and tried to get all 6, which cost him a fair bit of time finding Reflect (which he got because it was bound to fire), then navigating all of temple 4 for the boss. But even better is he gave me the discord for Zelda 2 Random Race!

After getting in I did a bit more doodling and chatting with frands while watching a speed of Mario Paper and the 1000 Year Door. I wound up going to bed a little before 4. Late night nodl!
