There actually a story behind this joke:

On Tuesdays, I always provided lawncare for a co-worker of mine's mother. Plus I pay visits. O:3 It was one day where an old man came to me and asked if I trim his hedges for him. I also took the liberty of getting the hedge clippers repaired. He then showed his garage tool shed. I was astonished at all the tools he had. Some of them were tools I never seen before in my life. One was a "48 in." Monkey Wrench. Other tools from older times where some people modernized them to be more effecient. Everything was worth about $60,00 Soon a couple of weeks later they questioned if he gave me money for the hedge clippers. I told them he did pay me when I brought it back. Soon I found out the old man I started hanging out with, was very sneaky. Some of the tools were stolen. Regulated areas of construction were places the tools were used and were meant to stay. In all that happened, it made me feels a bit decieved yet dissapointed. Not all elderly people are kind hearted as many say. Oh well hope you like the joke guys. Ziggy, what have you been doing? X3
