It depends on who you ask, kupo, but if it's not already PRETTY clear:
Zenni: Indulges in AB stuff to decompress. Wears and uses regularly out of necessity + enforces them as a dress code for his guild (So as not to feel self-conscious).
Whisp: Wears for literal comfort and as a minor DL. Likes them for more of a fashion-esque aspect, but takes on the role of caretaker for Zenni near exclusively. Very seldom uses them, and only if the mood strikes her.
