She-Hulk is another character that I feel they really fucked over hard, while Carol Danvers was always an inconsistent mess, She-Hulk was actually a good well established character, John Byrne did this character GREAT with Sensational She-Hulk!! Every Deadpool fan needs to thank She-Hulk for breaking that forth wall first but these days?? Talk about character assassination. The only good thing about modern Shulkie is her design, I love the more Hulk like body, it made sense why she wasn't always this big before but I like the change, only problem is that they actually turned her into a female Hulk, angry, dumb, reactive, and then she became a god figure of some sort (they did the same thing with Carol Danvers and it was also bad), they even acknowledge that this version of the character isn't fun by having a literal court room full of previous She-Hulk incarnations and then Deadpool pops in to ask why she isn't fun anymore. she also thinks she's ugly for some reason despite still being pretty hot as a Hulk??? And then these fucks have the nerve to make her wear a T-shirt that says "NO FUN" like really?? Keeping her the same with the only thing changing being her design would have been fine, fans have been bulking her up for years and to see it in an official capacity is awesome but not at the expense of losing why we loved her in the first place.

That's almost kind of hilarious on it's own.
That aside... Guys, not every "Hero" has to become a Deity.
Also, Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Sure, Some guys don't want amazons, but there's others who do. With the way her physique bulks out much more strength-wise and she keeps those huge jugs, the only thing that could be arguably ugly about her is the green skin and maybe the face.
But considering we've sexualized aliens before, I find it highly unlikely that the general consensus about how she looks is that she's ugly.
Because if that was actually the case, then I'd have a lot of butts to kick. Heh heh, maybe I'd even become a Supervillain as a result!

The thing is not with her design, as author said. She just... no longer interesting. She feels like cheaper, emptier ripoff of Bruce and simply has no identity other then "argh i am always on my period and easily triggered like a general store dwelling Karen!". She is "no fun" as her shirt says. Thats the thing. I wish she would, you know - ENJOY having bigger body maybe. Not fucken try and move from marvel to DC with her "new and dark" self. It just feels so... cheap. Like they not creating their own stuff but ripping off from others and slapping on She-Hulk's character.
Deadpool even calls her out on that to which she replies that she is now "free to be ugly". Thats so dumb on so many levels... LIke, they fucked up a chance to have a huge and at the same time funny character. Funny as - having fun bashing stuff and not being a huge sour "grim and dark" craphouse. Even when they SEEM to stir her in that direction they run into a deadend of her form being presented as "ugly" and not sex appealing. They themself think that her new form is "serious" because its not sexy lol.
She's not a monster beyond being a much bigger stronger human. Ironically, it's her own opinions that make her more of a monster.
But if they really wanted us to see her as some kind of tormented monster, they would start adding... Other Mutations, from however her "powers" originated.

Yep. She is not a monster and most of her problems are “self made” and stem from her perceiving her body and face as “ugly”. All they need to do to “redeem” this version is to make her fun again and use that as a good way of promoting actually “big” superhero females... not the fat ones like that newfangled Trailblazer. With a superpower of a very deep damn backpack (not even joking now).
