[Com] Chibi Cobra Naga

I will start out by saying... I don't really know how to do chibi. I made an attempt. 

At first he was too muscly so I toned down the muscle detail to try and see if that helped 

make him look a bit more chibi. I will have to work on developing a chibi style.



I had some trouble with the hood, but eventually got it looking acceptable.
