So I had another commission for a yellow brass tail. I started on it at the same time I ordered more yellow brass scales, because I didn't have all that many left. Then I learn that The Ring Lord (the company that makes the scales) has decided to stop making yellow brass scales. And I can't get enough to finish this commission.

So, unfortunately it looks like this is an aborted tail. It was showing such great potential! And then its growth was cruelly cut short.
