here is the start of the fursuit head drying stand I made today for upcoming Califur. I'm making two, this is the first. here is the start of the base. I later shortened the short pipe due to stability issues. Note: I used 3" PVC. bad idea. I am going to use 4" for the second one. this was a "learning" experience. more pictures of progress to come.
