Yep, I left those assholes.
A bad employer counts on the fact that you a) don’t know your rights and b) don’t know that there are better jobs out there.
B) is frequently difficult; no judgement if you don’t immediately get a new job and leave. But for being informed, consider reading up on OSHA law as it relates to your workplace, as well as regulations regarding required breaks in your area, wage theft, and the Americans with Disabilities act.

Oh my god yes. I’ve been pulling almost my entire department for months; so, when I put my resignation in, EVERYONE got called. There was a meeting with HR, the general manager, both Vice Presidents, and the national sales director. It was such a warm feeling to know that everyone was freaking out. Byeeeee
