Shed? Nonsense... they're charming. You just need a pipe-wrench. Take a grip on the antler of choice, and impart a 180 degree turn. Hopefully none of her skull will go with the antler, so perhaps a bit of preperatory work with a rivet gun would be in order. A little anaesthetic too, if you please.
