This was commissioned by ziggyfox back before I started formally taking commissions again. He basically talked me into it, and encouraged me to open them back up when I was adamant that I wouldn't, so thank him for getting me to do that.
Cuthburt is this hotheaded, impetuous, combative little Koopa Troopa. Always getting into a scrap or a pissing competition, always scuffed up to show it. If he would take the time to learn how to fight with Shell Tosses he'd be a little more well-protected. Oh well.
