I drew yesterday but I was too tired to post so have now young SkekShod and young skekOk
Drew this for 3 reasons : designing my young SkekShod, drawing my young SkekOk again because people seemed to love his design with his curly blonde hair, and because I ship it. I have shipped it for 2 years thanks to SkekLa (even though she doesn't ship it. 2 SHIPS SHE DREW WITHOUT SHIPPING THEM AND ENOUGH TO HAVE ME LOVE THEM XD) and aspen-arts and I HC they used to be very in love and still are nowadays but SkekSo's skekling massacre had them go for an on and off relationship because staying too long together hurts them
I love how the recent comics' new canon confirmed actually SkekShod doesn't have troubles speaking (he just hisses, maybe the skull bashing is the cause) but he just chooses not to but when he does he is SASS ! I HAD THE HC HE WAS BASHED ON HIS HEAD BECAUSE HE WAS SASSY AND NOW THIS GOT CONFIRMED OMG. Either way like aspen-arts suggested, maybe he fell for SkekOk because that was the first time he was sass'd back. The flirt phase was awkward, SkekShod being a huge introvert and thus never knowing what to say when it's not to mock, and SkekOk on the contrary smooth as fuck. SkekShod didn't know how to react but since words couldn't be used he gave gifts instead until SkekOk FINALLY got the hint "oh this means we are dating now ?" "YES ! Finally I can ssssstop giving my treasures away !" And from then on he was the only person he often talked to even when it didn't involve sass
