-Robin Hood & Maid Marian AR 2/3- for Cyberfox
Second part of my atonement for
Cyberfox
I left the hyphen at the beginning of the submission title because I can't think of a good official title to call the sequence by... Any ideas?
They're a little older than I usually stop my regressees at, 7 yrs. old, but that's important for the story and it's the way Cyberfox wanted it.
I always fail at keeping characters "in character" for these sequence stories... Case in point: DNWFAAH...

Well, I don't have a very solid idea for a title, but Robin's title of "Prince of the Thieves" seems awfully fitting now...doubt a crown will fit on him now x3.
A very adorable situation, from the change in speech (but Marian remains quite eloquent. But I'm betting its due to Robin's teeth...I notice a little fang sticking out, so perhaps one or two milk teeth are missing which makes for cute speech impediment). The over-sized clothing is detailed and used for great comic effect, and the changes to their face are just fitting and darling (Gah...foxkit eyes...can't...look...away. Must...but can't. Too...cute!).
Now...I wonder what would/will happen to the apple...

Funny you should mention ill-fitting crowns, Odin- It puts one in mind of another Robin Hood character poorly suited for royalty- A scrawny, mane-less lion by the name of John. And you ponder the fate of the discarded apple... *gives an all-too-conspicuous cartoony wink* Now we'll find out what The Apple has in store for a tyrant who wishes to take instead of give- (as Robin did to Marian, thus activating the transformation) If touching results in a regression to childhood- What do you suppose consumption might incur, hm?
Idea!- Eh? Eh? *stops his annoying suggestive tone before it gets too creepy*

*chuckles and gently musses up the koopa's mane of blue hair playfully* Yeah, that's a good point actually...and I think it might be quite appropriate for one who sucks his thumb so frequently...might be a good chance to raise him right. And consuming the apple...now that does produce something worth pondering, doesn't it? ;3 Hehehehe...
Still...make quite a fortune with the orchard that apples from, either way.

What I don't understand about this whole story.
"We're childwen, Mawian! Kits again!"
*Marian giggles*
"I hardwy find 'dis situation funny Mawian-"
As I recall, it was Robin Hood who (as it appears to me purposefully) brought the regression on by giving Marian the apple.
If he doesn't like it, then why did he regress them?

Uh, I might be being a bit presumptuous, but I assumed Robin meant to give Marian the apple, thinking it was just an apple. A rather ornate, unusual looking apple, but an apple all the same. I recall the pair enjoying the small things when they could during the original film. He gave her the apple, unknowing of its true power. So...I think that pretty much answers it.
Okay, I think you're putting too much context into one throwaway line. I've read enough books, seen enough shows, and movies to know a phrase like that is a rather cute way of affection shown by the male (usually male when this line is used) protagonists. Sees a shiny red apple, pops it from the tree (or from mysterious fruit vendor, those do tend to show up too), and offers it to the lady without a thought.
He finds the prettiest, shiniest object and offers it to her, as a nod to her own beauty, and although I admit to not being an expert to apples, but I recall green apples as being sour,so, fully grown red apples I take are much sweeter and less tart, something probably common knowledge to those who partake in eating apples (another thing I admit to not doing). Hence, shiny red apple equals sweet, pretty looking apple. Sorry to put this all bluntly, but today has not been going the way I had hoped.
