Something I've been working on for a while now...On and off.
Gonna eventually be a faux trophy head of a D'rakka bull. :3
Edit: has a nose now :D

I just wanna finish the under structure and maybe get a second foam head to experiment on for the 'skin'....like...a smaller big cat head (this one was a lion with a closed mouth....)
Or maybe a bear head to build a female D'rakka....Males are beefy while females are slim.

An old book I have on taxidermy (c.1900) advised that the only esthetic way to do a selachid or other cartilaginous fish is to make a mold of the carcass, use that to make a plaster replica and then paint that or have an expert do so to create a displayable specimen. The real, oriiginal one will warp and twist out of shape as cartilage will do that. Even the skin can not be trusted.
The book also disapproved of killing an animal just to pose it in an absurd or tortuous way (like these frogs).
