twig- a female sneasel. born with a strange mark on her arm, she was kidnapped from her home by a band of black cloaked pokemon. she managed to escape, but decided against returning. instead she goes on a quest to find out the meaning behind her mark. very shy and fearful at first, she becomes a stronger person over her travels. has a complex about her mark, believing that it's bad luck and that she's a danger to the pokemon around her.

asher- a male gardevoir. a wandering vagrant from a northern land. you can usually find him kicking it in bars and coffeehouses. meets twig when she hides under the table he's having a drinking contest on. very friendly and charismatic, with a daredevil streak. you do get the vibe he's got a chip on his shoulder tho. he's also frighteningly adept in battle, which is something you wouldn't expect from him.

noor- a female togetic. a young priestess in training, she served under her superior, whom she has a close relationship with. she was relatively sheltered until she met twig and asher. believes that Arceus directed her to join twig, and with the permission of her mentor noor did exactly that. very chipper, with always an encouraging word for her friends. also quite polite. she's got another side to her though--she can be stubborn, and isn't the type of pokemon you'd want to anger!
