Customer: "My phone is not working properly."
Me: "Can I see it to check the settings and such?"
Customer: "I'm not giving you my phone!"
Me: "Sir, I cannot help you if I cannot check the settings on your phone."
Customer: "You have a computer!"
Me: "Yes?"
Customer: "Then use your computer to fix my phone."
Me: "Sir, it doesn't work that way. I need to actually touch your phone to check it."
Customer: "You're lying! I know you can fix it using your computer but you just don't want to help me!" *Storms off the shop.*
