Biography: Kyoko is one of the many 1/2 mermaids born to Junichiro & Palutena, being the youngest of them all so far. As such, she is often coddled and doted on by some of her bigger sisters like Elysia and Irmalinda to name a few. As she's not old enough to take part in any action that involves fighting, she is forced to stay behind often, but Kyoko does however, prove to be helpful to whatever team her father is a part of at the moment. In one instance, she accurately told her father when he was a part of the Freedom Fighters that she and Misaki saw a big green gem, namely the Master Emerald, locked away at the City Harbor. She proved helpful again when she explained to her father when he was one of the leaders of the Gaia Alliance, that she saw a nasty looking sorcerer; Iago, going to the Forsaken Valley to try and claim even more dark powers. Still, despite this, she has no interest in being a fighter herself, but is always so insightful, she has lead her father's group to their objectives on time before anything horrific can unfold. As one might expect from Juni's children, Kyoko is very sweet and playful, not to mention highly thoughtful of others. However, she can be quite shy around other people and is occasionally snooty to others. This is best noticable when someone outright calls her the "Baby of the 1/2 Mermaids". She hates this so much, she will actively shout at the person who did this "I am not a baby!". Nonetheless, this is overshadowed by her love of cute creatures, like the Chao from the Sonic Universe, and she even carries around a cute Chao Plushy given to her by her father. The best at raising Chao.
Abilities: As a 1/2 mermaid, Kyoko's mermaid form can activate whenever she is in the water, but the water itself must be in a river, lake, or the sea. She is not old enough to see this form active during bath time yet.
