In spite of Simba's best efforts of putting his past behind him, it kept getting back to him. Every now and then, when Timon and Pumbaa would fall asleep, the young prince went to one specific place and looked at the stars, feeling reminiscence of the times, when everything was simple and his father was still around. He even talked to the stars, hoping Mufasa would answer and when he didn't, maybe he was at least listening to him.
