So....
Yesterday I came out to my parents and it went surprisingly well. I couldn’t believe it, but they fully accepted me for being Agender and Pansexual. I want to cry tears of pure happiness. I wasn’t expecting to come out of the closet to them about this for a while, but my mom saw my post on Twitter (about me wanting to be open about being Agender for 2020) so she asked me about it and wanted to sit down with me. I’m really glad we got to talk; I needed this talk. I still have a long way to go but I feel SO relieved knowing that I have their full support and that they love me just the same. Couldn’t have asked for anything better for 2020. On top of that, I am truly thankful for every one of you who support me and my work no matter what I identify as. Shortly after posting my recent agender artwork, some people have unfollowed me and even sent me hateful/disrespectful DMs. It’s sad but it’s a harsh reality. So to all of my loyal followers & friends: Thank you so much. Your support really means the world to me. ♥
