Maybe it’s just me, but I’m getting some “bad memories” vibes from that last panel, something akin to him having been caged once (perhaps by Team Rocket?). Up til now, he always seemed like a puppy having a great time with his newfound super strength and using whatever he could find as a toy. Also, I appreciate how you shoehorned in a little speed moment from him. The motion blur gets the message across that he can run really fast now.
My point is, he could just as easily have mangled that gate the moment his paw touched it, but he didn’t. My observation is he’s pausing there to recall a bad memory.
As to where that could lead to next, would be quite the show if he resolved to tear this building apart, intent on destroying this facsimile of said bad memory of entrapment. Then we could really see how immensely strong his big bulging muscles are.

My watchers are too smart for me, I'm gonna hide in a hole and never get out.
In fact what you just said is so smart that I would probably have go with this material if you had told me sooner x3
But so far this laboratory has no direct relations with the Team Rocket, there should be some info about this later in the comics. The whole story is more about how Umbreon became anthro and all, I would have added more info about Paradigma Laboratory later.
And about the last panel, your point is very good but unfortunately not the good one. It was supposed to repeat what happens in page 16, but yeah I had some doubts at the moment I sketched it that people would misinterpreting it. But showing it to many friends showed me that all of them guessed what happens next, so I put my doubts down and kept it.
I gonna be smarter for the next comics now. ^^

I dunno, there's not always anything wrong with being predictable. Just means we're on the same page. Unless you've already sketched out the next comic strip, I don't see why you couldn't alter the story somewhat. Of course, that's ultimately up to you. I have to say, I was rather surprised to hear you say that Umbreon would become an anthro. There's still very little "feral" muscle on this site, that I'm disappointed to hear he'll be changing into an anthro. As for that last panel, lightining CAN strike twice ya know. If you were aiming to have him obliterate that gate in one superpowered stroke, I'd be all for it.
All I'm saying is that a little "drama" in an otherwise muscle growth comic can be a good thing if applied correctly. When a character suddenly has to tools (or the muscles in this case) to do something about a past wrong against him earlier in his life, it would only make sense if that character uses it.
In the end, this comic has been enjoyable, regardless of your intended direction. I will say that if there was anything I'd specifically hope for, is that Umbreon remains in his current form: feral, incredibly buff and ridicuously strong. But, of course, that's just me. In any case, keep up the awesome work on this! It's been quite enjoyable! I may even do a story based on this, if you'd be up for that.

It's not really a surprise, anthro Umbreon is the cover page of this comics xD
And I've already drawn him multiple times as an anthro before, I've even drawn him a character sheet. Check my gallery ;)
Totally okay with your second point, plus the fact that Umbreon is a mute character so any past history can be imagined.
Thank you! Of course, more buff and strong stuff is coming!
I think we can discuss a bit about your story. :3
