me trying to "cancel" my internet plan once a year XD

That there is a person just looking for credit, the threat to quit is only BS to try and make people offer it cause that is often what customer service is trained to do.

I had people like that too, they claimed they were going to cancel their service. Was so funny listening to them get flustered when I told them I had to send them to our cancellation department. Basically they would go "No don't transfer me." and I would be "I'm sorry, but once you mention cancelling I have no choice. Goodbye."

If only one could get a bonus to let a customer stay... I'd be rich !

One a side note:
me: that'll be 24$
customer: I come here all the time, do me a credit.
me: Sorry, I'm not allowed to do that.
customer: Do it or you'll never see me in this place ever again !
My boss, walking in from behind the customer: It's alright, I don't want a customer like you here. Have a good day. *Take the toy the customer wanted to buy and put it back on the shelf*
customer: *buys the toy full price and hurry out*

Sometimes one seriously wants to leave the cable-TV service but the discounts become increasingly difficult to ignore. :v
