Something that happened several times at my old job:
Customer: "I want to talk with the manager, you haven't solved my problem and you're being rude!"
Me: *Spins on myself once then smile* "What can I do for you?"
Customer: "You're lying, you're not the manager!" *Turns to other employee* "She's not the manager?!"
Other employees: "Yes, yes she is."
