anyway, if you ever watch robocop... just the first 2. The first was a parody on the "commecialization" of everything. The second was a parody on how people wanted Robocop to be a thing for kids. Not a lot of spoiler: they both go very very bad and it's wonderful. Third was supposed to be a parody on how everything was being sold abroad... but it missed the mark. So it's not very good. They made a remake i 2010s of the first one... and i guess you could see the remake as a "parody of how one dude needs to lose his whole body to be able to do the same stuff every other action hero does" because it's ... passable but not really great. It misses the genius of the first two movies, but it's better than the 3rd at least.
