Step 1: Purchase a large sheet of fly paper, find some rope (or string) and buy/make a Draco Malfoy plushie
Step 2: String up the Draco plushie and suspend him a good height off the ground
Step 3: Put the sheet of fly paper on the floor
Step 4: Wait for a Moonpelt to come investigate and wait for it to jump, and land on the flypaper before approaching
Note: Fly paper is sticky!!! Don't get caught in it too! The Moonpelt will most likely be upset it could not reach the plushie and might get violent
