That's one of the closer signs for Wall Drug. As I recall, there's one in Timbuktu. And I know there are (or at least were) a number of them scattered around the south Pacific during WWII.
I've been there, several times. It's an interesting and entertaining store that covers an entire city block in Wall. Major tourist trap, too, but worth the stop.

Yup. Stopped there once a few years ago.
Another interesting thing is that the local astronomical folks at the museum found the sign to be within one block of exactly 1000 miles from Wall Drug. When informed of this Wall Drug wanted a photo, as they knew of no other sign exactly 1000 mi from them, to post at the store. The artist was taking that photo and says that he thinks he got Chris and I in it looking at his work. If I ever get back I'll have to look and see if he did.
